Founded by Suzanne Kosmas, former U.S. Representative for Florida's 24th congressional district, Prestige Properties set the standard for excellence since it's inception. Suzanne has had a long career as an entrepreneur, small business owner, and public servant. She has served many boards, including Chair of the United Way.
Her sons, Paul and Michael, carry the legacy of Prestige Properties into the 21st century, with bold and innovative strategies for success in the highly competitive global vacation ownership and hospitality industry.
Michael specializes in Enterprise Corporate Marketing Alliances and Strategies, with extensive domestic and international experience. Working with brands such as Westin, Sheraton, St. Regis, Luxury Collection, Anantara, Four Seasons, Hyatt, Marriott, Bank of China, HSBC, the Asian Bankers Association, and American Express Asia Pacific, Michael has developed and implemented major multi-national strategic partnerships and Global Hospitality Alliances to great success. Paul has extensive experience in Corporate Branding and Online Marketing, developing the first entirely web based marketing program for eTour and Travel in 1995. Since that time he has worked with vacation ownership companies of all sizes to improve efficiencies in their sales and marketing objectives. Some of his clients include Hilton Grand Vacation Club, Diamond Resorts, Festiva, Starwood, Kings Creek Resorts, and Gold Key Resorts. He has broad experience with web, VOIP, email, display, and interactive technologies. Paul's current projects are focused on using cutting edge artificial intelligence technology to increase sales conversions while managing call center costs. AI will improve your call center response times and customer interaction experiences, and reduce expenses at the same time. This exciting new technology brings the power of the "Virtual Agent" to his Enterprise Corporate clients both domestically and internationally. Paul's creative vision and energy, along with his bottom-line sensibility, are what drive him to success. Paul has a Master's Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a BA from Davidson College.
